  • 25+ years navigating family matters

Services Included

As a LLLT I can:

  • Draft all mandatory documents for your case for divorce and family law
  • File your documents with the appropriate court
  • Serve your documents to the other party
  • Help you obtain necessary information and documents through Discovery
  • Negotiate on your behalf with the other party
  • Prepare you for hearings
  • Attend certain hearings with you for support and assistance

As a LLLT I cannot:

  • Represent you or speak on your behalf in a hearing
  • Assist individuals in a CIR with property distribution
  • Assist with Contested Major Modifications to Parenting Plans
  • Assist in the distribution of formal business assets
